Welcome to www.carolinasoul.org, the online home for discographies of 45-rpm soul recordings made in the Carolinas in the 1960s through 1980s. The South Carolina discography is currently divided into two sections: (1) local SC labels that issued at least one soul record, and (2) SC soul artists on non-SC and national labels. The local label section is sub-divided alphabetically by label name. In some cases, non-soul releases are listed and are indicated as such. Representative label scans are provided if available; to view them, click on the small record logos. Multiple scans are provided for labels that had more than one more design.
