Each Soul Source member can have their own personal blog

Can be used in many ways
some off top of head examples of use are

events - if involved with a event :can use/name it as info/news etc on event and use url on flyers etc
djs - playlists
sales/wants - lostings
label/vinyl/artist info, reviews, tips etc
lookbacks
and so on including the usual thoughts, views, diary types eyc

and as can have different categories can be used for a mix of subjects/purposes

The name can be what ever you choose and can also choose your own url



The main difference between using forum or news is that the blog is yours, ie you control it, post content, sort comments, update and so on
The only time the site may get involved is if the content or use is against the terms of use of soul source

As uses all the same controls as the forum can start using it right away without a learning curve.

Add/remove info boxs like Mini calendar, My Blog links, Last 10 Blog Entries, Last 10 Blog Comments, My Gallery Albums, My Picture, Search, Categories. In addition custom content blocks can be created. In addition all content blocks can be managed using drag/drop in your Blog page.
Can Syndicate content, trackbacks, comments etc etc
Displays on front page, profile etc
