Yep John have had an ass of an opp one i would not recomend for anyone to have (if ya get my meaning)

with another due Feb 29th, i am being rebuilt cos they have the technology lol:

Not been out an about this last few weeks while recovering, so i am really looking forward to Friday Feb 10th at the Route61.

with lots of quality 60s n 70s soul, provided by - John Barnsley / Martin Smith / Myself S.F / and guest Mopsey,

I have got a few newbies to try out on the unsuspecting dancers! always something different

We are not having any snow tonight according to weather forcast!!!

Heres some fabulous news for you all the bar closing time will now be extended to 12-30,

the good Brandy sister Shirl will be in her elements with more time for her favourite tipple :lol:

Friday was a decent turn out at route61 with a fantastic atmosphere created by all the people that turned out in the extreme cold,

i would like to thank our guest DJ Mopsey & John Barnsley for his warm up,

a further thankyou goes out to my partner Martin smith he plays his choice of records with a great passion & to Kath who does a fab

job on the door,

the Route61 gang are a dedicated set of pure soulies, thank you all.

Totally agree even though i was a bit late getting down, i really enjoyed friday and the music was top stuff from all djs, and my passion when im lost in the music on the dancefloor is the greatest feeling, and only northern soul does this , good atmospheric and appreciative crowd . so see you all again next month

Another cracking night at the Niagara and judging by the comments everyone went away happy.
Top guest DJ Dave Tidswells on next month to treat us to a box full of northern floorfillers.

We had a great night at the Route, as is only to be expected of such a soul filled place. Mopsey, Martin and Steve played top notch sets and I enjoyed doing my warm up. Thanks to everyone who said they had liked it.
