Charity Classic Soul And Motown The Snooks Raunds

If you live in or around Northamptonshire and fancy a great night out on 18th Feb to warm the heart and feet, hearing a great cross-section of well known / timeless tracks played from both CD and vinyl, this one off event organised by Ade & Patch is for a very worthy charity.

The "Snooks" is a superb venue which has held some great nights in recent times and the recently refurbished upstairs room in particular, with its marquee like decor, built in sound system, wall-to-wall sprung wooden floor & well stocked/well priced bar is all spot on.

It'll be an honour to play a few records alongside Jem later in the evening (thanks again for inviting us Ade) and be great to see both familiar and new faces supporting this event....I even hear there'll be some decent raffle prizes too!

Hope to see a good crowd there all have a great night and a good sum of money raised for the charity.

A quick note on behalf of Ade Whiting, to thank everyone who supported this event on Saturday night...Approx 200 people enjoyed the evening and just under £900 raised for the charity on the night, which is a superb effort.

Thanks again to Ade & Patch for inviting Jem and I to double-deck for 90 mins or so later in the evening, which was a pleasure and great fun, also to everyone who kept the superb dance floor busy right from the start to the 1pm(ish!) finish.
