Looking forward to tonight, with the line up of DJ's we've got it is going to be a case of bring some comfy shoes with you for the journey home. expect to hear some real gems from Chris King and one of my favourite local DJ's Mick Jay. All the DJ's tonight will be playing some of the best music and i'm sure bring back memories for years gone by. An especially massive thank you to Sam Moore for putting together the dj line for this one. Hope to see as many of you there as can possibly make it, it's going to be fantastic.
Just to mention that later this year the Loughborough Soul Club will be celebrating it's 4th Birthday so keep an eye open for the flyer for that one we're going to try and make it a little more special than normal and a 4th birthday patch badge will be out in time for the night. Details will follow in the next few months.

THANKS IAN AND MARCUS FOR YOUR COMMENTS,YES LOUGHBOROUGH IS CERTAINLY BACK ON TRACK AFTER LAST NIGHT.IT IS A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE SEEN A R&B ROOM SO WELL ATTENDED WITH THE FLOOR REFLECTINGS THIS,IN THE MAIN ROOM AGAIN EVERYONE WAS UP FOR DANCING STAIGHT AWAY AND EVERY DJ OBLIGED BY PLAYING CRACKING SETS. THIS NIGHT IS NOW THE LAST SATURDAY EVERY TWO MONTHS IE-APRIL,JUNE,AUG,OCT,AND DEC.

Won't be able to attend the next one as we're at a party but will be back in June.
Ian & Carol it was good to see you, really enjoyed yours, Lynn & Robs company for pre night nibbles & drinks. Thanks for the pies. Always great to have a taste of Wigan. There's not a pie in the Midlands that can compare ..

Whatho right , firstly thank's to Sam and Steve for having me on I alway's enjoy/prefer the R-n-B/ Altenative rooms as you can let fly a bit , for those who havn't been before there's loads of secure parking , a bar in both rooms with cheap well kept beer . Sam and the crew work hard at putting this east mid event on and it's about equal distance from Derby , Leicester and Nottingham there's alway's a well balanced D.J line up and you'll get everything from classic to rare oldies and saturday was a classic example of this.The R-n-B room is a bit more Alternative with obviously R-n-B , a bit of reggae and ska and the odd northern rareity this is where the record dealers are as well looking foreward to the next one already regards Alvin Stardust.

What a fab night, and to see the dance floor buzzing and full pretty much all night, in the main room is
credit to all the Djs who played storming sets ( the legs are still telling me today !!) to keep us all entertained...

Popped into the R&B room to check out Simons set, cant resist the Ska/reggae beat, keep having to look twice now to see him Mr Suave (is that how you spell it !!) Hunt !! but good to see him with a smile as always, although he seems to have a twinkle in his eyes at the moment !

Well be at the next one, send us some flyers down with Rigger

Great place, great company, great night nuff said..
