HI JOE,

Was looking forward to my regular visit to the H & G but have been asked to work at the NEC that weekend so looks like i will miss out. You have two great guests on for the day so have a great time and hopefully see you at the Carlton at the end of the month.

What a day out, commented on the Playlist thread about the incredible music policy here, got in about 12.15 to be greeted at the door by Mick "sorry lads, regulars only" just cos we,d missed December. Got seated where we were joined later by the family Bird and the family Stead, brilliant company, brilliant music, brilliant atmosphere. Beer and red wine was the chosen fayre so our traditional eventful walk back to the station was the best yet, without exaggeration, Pete did a half hour impression of Trevor Berbick after Mike Tyson had KO,d him when he first won the title, how we got back beggars belief

Always great to see you N.E lads Kev and I'm sure I speak for all the H and G crew when I say your continued support and comments about this event is really appreciated.

Superb guest spots from Shaun and John and all residents, another packer, thanks to everyone for another top day of soul.

Great day as ever well done all, can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon

You steel yourself for heavy afternoon drinking with those N East boys & after a couple pints you're confronted with a bottle of red wine appearing on the table with two glasses?Had I missed something here?No Kev & Pete were struggling a little because one had chipped a nail when opening a can on the train & the other felt sorry for him :shhh: Thank god for that macho rugby playing Gaz who kept his end up & stayed on the pints............Things you thought you'd never see

Great day boys it was a pleasure to spend the day with you & our Katie is still laughing at us all taking bollocks :wicked:

Cheers
