Looking forward to this, hear so much about it from friends that are regulars. Not exactly on our doorstep, very nice to be asked to play some tunes as well, boxes are sorted, leaving early Saturday morning for a long weekend of Quality music and people in Yorkshire.

HI PAUL AND SUE,

Sorry to say that i wont be in attendance this sunday due to having to work down at the NEC. I am sure it will be a great afternoon and the guest spinners should make it interesting.

Plenty of the west yorkshire massive should be there to liven up proceedings and try drink the place dry.

What a fantastic day, thanks to all the travellers from all over the place, too many towns to mention, especially the guys and girls from the South Coast who all played superb spots and I think they enjoyed themselves.

Thanks also to all residents for another cracking day, the atmosphere was electric with another full house and the music was awesome through out, don't know what time it finished but it was still going strong when we left about 8:30.

Once again thanks guys, we are so lucky to have this event on our doorstep, all playlists are now posted in Playlist section.

Have commented in playlist thread, us lads were utterly p----d off about missing this, playlist is awesome, these lads have got it exactly right musically, the knock on being the appeal for a lot of people to travel hence creating a fantastic friendly atmosphere, perfection !!, we already have train tickets for the 20th October, don,t like to wish life away, but, can,t wait

Remind me in Oct Kev.

You were sorely missed although the South Coast crew tried their best to keep up the traditions of your table.

Looking forward to seeing you and having a good chat in Oct.

Sorry for the late post up, i'm not too good at the write-ups, but I wanted to write a bit more than a couple of lines.
Wow, where do I start, firstly i'd like to thank the guys for inviting us up to play on Sunday, it was a real honour, I think someone said it before, we were all quite overwhelmed with the reception we got, it was absolutely fantastic, right from the first minute we stepped through the doors. Was great to meet Dave Pinches and Steve Mank for the first time, lovely fella's. Also good to catch up with old friends we don't see too often and also all the new friends that we made. The Atmosphere was electric right from the word go up until the end at about 9.30. You have got something very special at the H&G, and long may it continue. Well done Steve, Mick, Joe, Bri & Dave and all the H&G crowd, you made it a very special day for the South Coast boys & Girls Thanks very much. Thanks also to Tracey Shaw, JB and Dave Bentley for agreeing to come with me to play a few, we were quite surprised to get invited in the first place and I would say more than a little bit nervous about what to play, but hopefully the tunes we played went down ok. Also Ann my wife and Tracey Dave Bentleys wife for putting up with me and Dave talking B*****ks all weekend. Special mention for Russ Vickers and Ray who drove up from Portsmouth and then drove home, hats off guys. Thanks to Joe for keep the pints of apples flowing you are a gent sir. Last thing Absolutely Brilliant. Best Bob & Ann x

HI SNOWBALL,

Sorry me and Wendy could not get to the H&G for a catchup and a few( about 12 ) beers. We always said to you that the H&G was a great place to spend a sunday and we are glad you all got to experience it first hand Bob. Clearly all your crowd a great time and hopefully you will venture up again to sample the hospitality of gods country of Yorkshire!.
