Earlyish shout for this one, our first event of 2013 and once again a great line up of quality DJs for your delectation and delight! :D

2012 was our best year to date attendance wise at Burscough Legion, looking forward to 2013 with eight soul nights, three alldayers and of course the legendary New Years Eve mini--nighter planned. Onwards and upwards this year, hopefully!

Hope you can make it along, see you on the 26th January!

Roads are fine now, icegergs sighted on the Leeds-Liverpool canal earlier in the week and a group of polar bears rampaging across the West Lancs tundra a few days ago but all is now well with the weather........

Looking good for Saturday, hope you can make it!

Just been over to Burscough and the roads are fine, no problems whatsoever. :D

The glaciers are retreating northwards and the herds of caribou are migrating to their summer pastures, closely followed by the indigenous Burscough natives..........

Seriously, no probs with the weather so don't let that put you off------see you all later!

Should be making an appearance-our streets still a bit iffy, but been out already.

So basically-it's all good

Thanks for all the positive comments, and thanks to everyone who braved the weather to come over to Burscough Legion on Saturday evening. To be honest the conditions were fine, no problems whatsoever for anyone getting to Burscough. Numbers just slightly down on our January average, but decent numbers in considering. :D

Special thanks to Joan, Grant, Mick and Jimmy for playing varied sets, really enjoyed the music all evening.

Next one over at the Legion is on Saturday 23rd February with guest DJs Ian Cunliffe, Steve Jones, Michael McShane and Tony Mundey.......should be another interesting night!
