What a joke! First of all got searched going in, not for the usual alcohol ect but the demon white stuff.... TALC!! which was desperately needed as the dance floor in the northern room is not the best and far too many general public there throwing their drinks over the dance floor, when the security were informed they did nothing, but somebody managed to put a tiny bit of talc on the floor and to our amusement the talc police were out in pairs one with a torch and the other with mop and bucket in hand. The main room was like being at the Top Rank years ago but this to be expected I suppose with the venue being central, but.... a good choice for the promoters as no doubt they made loads of money from it delivering run of the mill soul music for them.
