spot on Jay ...already a real buzz about this one .1100 in last time and a sellout . Just caught up with a few who rate the modern room so much will take something to prize them out and into the other rooms ...

I know the competition between rooms is tough Andy but I am sure with the mix of classics in the main room and the soulful sounds in the alternative room that some of these modern soulies will be tempted to venture out and away from the 808 kick drum even if just for a little while lol.

In France at mo . Before we set off managed to pick up Feb edition of Manifesto Soul Mag from Jumbo in Leeds . Yes , Manifesto is back , and as I understand quarterly . Starting to read through and Sean Chapman's 'Soul Nation' column features a review of his 2013 highlights and not surprisingly features Hull City Hall Soul Nights....'Hull City Hall was spectacular with the best venue I have ever been involved with and nearly 1500 at a soul night '...
