This is Charity Soul's first all dayer at the manhattan club all funds raised goes to Prof Norman Maitland at York Uni. The prof is leading the way in prostrate cancer research and its our aim to give him as much as we can to help him find the cure for cancer.

This cant be done without your support.

So get yourself along for a stonking all dayer 3 Rooms catering for all tastes, record dealers, and merchandise stalls will be there.

We usually have 13or so dj's for our all dayers at kellingley and sorting times out is a nightmare so best of luck with only 36 no problem lol.

See you on the day   Tony

Should be a good do, all for a great cause, me and me fellow dj Andy Carling from Wetherby Engine Shed have been asked by Nige to dj in the rare room, be a chance to give me back of the box records an airing. Never went to Joe Duttons rnb nights here, but went to Tony Duttons soul nights 10 years ago, great venue.

Wot a cracking day , one to remember for a lot of right reasons , the first soul event at a old soul venue and u cud say we ignited the touch paper , but the main reason was to achieve a healthy sum of money which we did greatly , we now have enough funds in our account to achieve full charity status , the only northern soul based full blown charity in the country , who knows maybe in the world ? But wot I do know is that we mean business , the professor came again and wot a pleasure it is to sit and chat with a guy who could possibly change the way deseases and health conditions are treat , he really is a top guy in the health world and the knowledge he has about stem cells and gene therapy who knows wot he could achieve , and if we can assist him try and find the cure , wot a way to grow old gracefully and continue to listen to our great music. , our next big event is at the old manifesto in knottingley on Easter Monday , the same top notch djs and a room that never dissapointsb , so can I say thanks to all wot attended , I / we look forward to all our events , if anybody would like to help or donate then don't hesitate to contact us.

So thanks again and hopefully see u all at the next

One , cheers for now. , regards Toc

My first all-dayer and great to be in my home town with some familiar faces from Bilton WMC. Very new to the scene, thanks to everyone who made me welcome.

Brilliant to be part of this fundraiser for such a good cause.

Anyone know where the video can be found - seem to remember a guy with a steady cam?
