A Shedfull o Soul(FREE EVENT) Details

Hi All,

our next monthly session at The Pack is from 5pm til 11pm on Sunday 15th February, so if you're not all "loved out" come and join us for some soulshakers and heartbreakers on 100% vinyl played by our resident Dj's Big Shed and Vance, plus guests.

Guest spots are available so if you'd like to bring a box and spin a few we can sort you a beer out, just message us here.

More good news is that the brewery has reduced the bar prices so Carling, Carlsberg and Fosters lagers are now only £2.49p, bitters are reduced to £2.19p whilst Strongbow and Guinness are only £2.79 per pint. There are reductions on bottled beers, ciders and alcopops too!!

Don't forget admission is FREE, so just bring your beer tokens and your dancing shoes and have a gudun'.

Hi All,

I'm really looking forward to Sundays session when Vance and I will be joined by

Stevie Hay, Ray Stubbs, Rob Yates and my old pal John Mitchell, so that's the DJ line up sorted.

Sorry to dissapoint anyone else who might have wanted to do a spot but come down anyway, there's always next month.

The brewery have also brought down their bar prices so bring your beer tokens and dancing shoes and let's have another gudun.

We had a drive over to the Pack Horse last night to see what was going on .Wow what a great pub inside big dancefloor & nice Sound system, this could be a great little venue with a few more people in.

They have a "bring a box policy" which means we heard some different stuff & lovely people as well.

I recommend this night.?

Hi Steve and Ann,

thanks for your review but as me and our kid said on the night we were quieter than usual as there were a lot of our regulars hungover from the Valentines Charity soul night at the Polish Club.

It was a great night at my old venue and I had my share of Perla (beer) but Andy Reedy caused most damage with his vodka shots lol.

I love the bring a box policy, it reflects our view that everyone has got something to bring to the turntable.  There are people I know who have always been on the scene, never stopped collecting, but are either  too nervous to have a go or too precious about their vinyl to play it out.

Who knows unless you have a go like I did 12 years ago?

Nice to see you both, hope you bring some tunes next time you visit, we'll sort you a drink.

KTF & KOKO.   Shed.
