Part one takes place a week before this at the Ritz Brighouse on the 20th March, then its back to Barlik for part two with the young UN's on Friday 27th March, Tom Dacey regularly attends Rolls and has been chomping at the bit for his chance on the decks, also for Ethan and Jordan this marks their debut at this venue.R

Would be nice if we got some new faces out in the sticks at Barlik from over Brighouse way, was djin over at Greenland's recently and Glen Miller introduced me as from Barnoldswick on the West Coast of Yorkshire?! so I played a record for the inland sea rescue team, all welcome at sunny Barlik,Roman

Excellent sets by all concerned at Brighouse last week. The Young Uns had no in trouble in filling the floor.

I think I might just venture out to the sticks for round 2.

You will be welcome scuba,I'm sure the locals will have turned the roadsigns round to read welcome to Yorkshire,it was in the West Riding until some crazy reorganisation of boundaries in the 6ts.It was a good night and the young fellas got a good reception from the Ritz crowd, see you at the gogo. OK, Mick did really well on his early spots so I had no hesitation in putting him on later, he will be joined by Neil Grainger from Clitheroe Sunday Soul.

What a pleasure to have Jordan,Ethan and Tom playing at the Rolls club, very humble guys and wanting to appreciate the scene and learn, the look on their faces as they finished the night off said it all. Thanks all for turning out to make it our busiest Friday of the year, lots of good young soul dancers ,the only way it could have been busier was if I had put one direction on.Next up some serious soul with Mick Nichols who has impressed with his early spots and gets his chance later in the night, got to say quite a few have asked for Mick to be let loose, also Neil Grainger from Clitheroe Sunday soul plays the big room,I may put a special offer on for anyone calling into Neils soul shop in Clitheroe. All the DJs again thanks, from Mike Kemp's early spot to Shaun's, awesome as ever. and glad you enjoyed your first visit Cobbydaledave, and did enjoy playing Mr. Findley's "ain't that peculiar" and Sam and Kitty's "my money your love" what a title for a record! Roman,
