When a second soul night is planned well in advance of this do you not have any scruples by putting this on when one has been advertised for months by locals for locals ?? Only so many people in the area its not even a different bent of music policy ,Would be interesting to hear your answer ps I know Colin as well

Well said Steve, a lot of time, effort and money has gone into the event at the Altrincham Masonic and the dates chosen took into consideration other events in the Altrincham and Sale area, so as not to affect their attendances, we presumed others would do the same, but obviously not. Hopefully the people who came to our last night at the Masonic and had a great time (check out the Altrincham Soul Club video on YouTube) will come and support us and have another fantastic night.
