Hi All, yeah Pete is a regular at the Casablanca and he brings with him a wealth of knowledge (Sue) and a great deal of variety with his music. His choice of music cannot e surpassed, he plays some cracking 70's tunes which is accompanied by some great classic underplayed tunes. he has certainly opened up some old ears. We look forward to seeing any of you that can make the journey to this internally fantastic venue. Pete does not have a record box...it's more like a Tardis.

I hope the Big bad Wolf is not having a go at the quality of the DJ'S that gave there services for free? No I doubt if he would do that... as I recall the Winter Gardens had a cancellation and a Wolf asked the lads if they would DJ... and then a different regular player of vinyl, accused all three of them of taking his records, only for them to turn up at a later date?... Steve I agree played a great set..playing his tunes as one does, like Coops I was also drawn to The Edwin Hawkwin Singers remake...great. Pete taylor as usual played a super set and even though the numbers were less than usual we had a great night with plenty of atmosphere. Looking forward to the December event with Soul Sam---Sean Chapman and the Newark daddy Mr Doug Hall.
