  1. what time you there
  2. Is there any room for me and my art
  3. looking forward to another great day at this quality venue always rammed with top soulies will be bringing a range of my prints
  4. Looking forward to showing my work at this brilliant night of sixties soul
  5. Thanks for the feedback I have repaired quite a few links yesterday that were dead or miss directing.. websites are a constant battle always updating it and things get missed once again thanks and to all the people that have sent e mail comments of support for my work
  6. Everything I produce or have produced is made in Manchester and or the surrounding towns it is all my own work it is how( i try and ) earn my living It is my only job I work all week on commission work that I get at venues and new prints. I am not an art snob and believe that the work, I produce in the ART OF AN ERA range is priced to reflect that. Every weekend I am found in soul clubs at a scooter rally or VW camper/classic car rallies or a combination of them and I travel the UK to display my art prints One of which I in fact sold to Elaine Constantine at the wheel! For those of you that after reading this post and its treads I now fear for my livelihood my web site is www.creative-g.co.uk where you may purchase in the privacy of your own home and it will be delivered in a plain wrapper so your soul elite friends don't have to know .
  7. So glad this is all over, I was lucky to have had my youth in Manchester in the mid sixties and attended the wheel along with many other great clubs that the city had at that time, they each catered to our mod music needs in both soul and ska loved it all the best time of my life...but over the years the wheel myth has grown and grown to meet the needs of the sad and the has beens it did close in 1971 END and the people that have come over the last twelve years well they have been attending the Legendary Twisted Wheel and for the vast majority it has been the best experience of there soul lives and each month they have wanted to feel that most unique feeling that they get everytime they visit that feeling comes from the friends and the relationships that have been forged over the years. It pours out and into every body however new they are to the club. its not the bricks , its not the myths, its nothing to do with old guard who like to play" the great I am"or the purists who while playing to miniscule audiences their latest and most expensive of finds justify it.. by branding success, as handbag.well if handbag is going home after having a day of laughter brilliant music and to have danced your feet off and wishing as the closer is played that it would just go on ..THE LEGENDARY TWISTED WHEEL@NQ LIVE 13th jan 2013 3-8pm
