    BEEN INTO SOUL SINCE A NIPPER. DIDNT KNOW IT WAS NORTHERN AT THE TIME, AS I AM A NORTHERN LASS, SO HEY WASNT I LUCKY! FROM THE YOUTH CLUBS, PALAIS IN BOLTON, VAVA, WIGAN, BLACKPOOL, RITZ, BLUE ROOM, LEEDS CENTRAL, CATS WHISKAS, AND MANY MORE. WAS LUCKY TO HAVE LIVED AND FRIENDS WHO INFLUENCED ME AND GREW UP IN AREA CLOSE TO THESE BIG CLUBS. NOW GOT TO AGE 60 AND STILL GOING STRONG.     Hi Premier Inn at Heaton Park if need overnight stay then short taxi ride to event Heaton Park tram stop 100 yards from Carlton Club and parking around road

    looking forward to tomorrows all dayer. Starting from 4pm til MN Got my turns sorted - some which i have not played for some time I will be on the door most of the day to welcome the folks coming to the dayer and also listening to some top tunes from our guest DJs Vance will start off and then Okeh John and then Gruch, Derek Watmough, John Marriott, Pete Everett and Neil Gibson. Ill do a bit after that and then Vance again to end the night. Bring your own lunch but the beer prices are really reasonable and there is also a chill out area at the bar. See you tomorrow folks.

    Great stuff it’s going to be a fab 8 hour session of Rnb and mix of popcorn we have fab line up of DJs Okeh John n Gruch they’ve got some fab stuff who kindly said do set - Gruch might bring his sales box too if I ask him nicely! Derek Watmough he’s one hellova guy with tons of knowledge n great tunes plays all over and he’s good at table tennis to boot! John Marriott - wow who doesn’t know John he’s got fab tunes lots of years playing Pete Everette - The Sink regular resident there. He’s great guy and Suzie his wife is loveky Neil Gibson - Shiver n Shake wow top stuff with hint popcorn Also there’s Andy, Vance n Myself Linda going to be playing few too bar cheap, if you’re wanting sell records bring along here’s space in the bar. bring own butties theres Premier Inn Heaton Park if need stay over times post later on for DJs hope see you soon folks

    Great night last night. Room packed and guests Andy and Alan did great sets which kept dance floor full all night. Fantastic stuff thanks to all come and support us
