Here we go,
Sunday October 30th
Down in the Cellar
The Victoria
Manchester Road
Heywood
7.30 til 12.30
£1 otd.
As numbers have been a bit thin for the last coupla months it looks like the owners are gonna pull the plug,
so our next one could well be our last one here.
Thanks to everyone who supported our efforts, especially the jockers, Tony Mac, Stevie Z, Killer, Ted
Paul Harris,Rachel and special mention for Sid Jones for his support and enthusiasm.
See Ya.
(we shall return)

As you know I frequented The Albany when you was at it,and was treated to some great music.
Our dissapointment is, however, further increased by all the folk who asked us to start it in the first place and never bothered to show.
It could well be that Sundays are a none starter, and we are busily looking for somewhere new, but with so many Friday and Saturday do's on it's difficult not to clash.
Oh well.

BTW great spots on your appearances, thanks again

See ya Sunday
Hi Tony & Steve
Soz I havn't attended the venue for a couple of months, its difficult to get out fri, sat (& Sundays too!) Im usually too knackered to venture past the front door on a Sunday evening.
Hope you find somewhere new and get the support you deserve. Me and my mates have had some great nights at your events over the past year or so. Always nice to hear something different played when we attended, and I usually sold a few 45s too, sometimes enought for a fish n chip supper on the way home!
Take care and let me know when you get your new venue sorted
cheers
Paul

we have been asked to do a Motown and Club soul Night on 17th Dec.
Went to suss the room last night and it looks good.
Owners are up for it so it looks as though we got a new home for the new year.
One thing is for sure --it won't be a Sunday
Let you know more later.
