Thanks to everyone who attended Burscough Legion last night----a very busy night and top music from all the DJs!

Derek Watmough, Andy McCabe, Pete Everett and Nigel A all played some great stuff, cheers lads!

Some new faces in attendance yet again, hope you all enjoyed it and you come back to the Legion some time in the future.

Any playlists would be appreciated, I'll try to post mine later.

Next event at Burscough Legion takes place on Saturday 27th August when the guest DJs will be Ged Parker, Steve A, Pete Coulson and Tony Mundey, hope to see you all there! :D

Yes, well up to standard- again- and just a few personal highlights for me were ANN HEYWOOD's sublime "CROOK HIS LITTLE FINGER "( can't recall who spun it sorry but well done that man and Gold Star for taste) NIGE's INVITATIONS "watch out little girl"-still packing a floor; and a really nice but uncredited version of "FEVER" From Pete E. As always a good crack with Murph, Jim C, Nige, Ann+ Tony M and Tony L to name but a few and see y'all in August.

Oh, forgot to mention a couple more very pleasing to the ears from Nige (very underrated DJ imho- talk about hiding your light under a bushel, etc!) these were EDDIE CARLTON "MISERY"-underplayed brilliance, and JACK MONTGOMERY "Baby Take a Chance on Me" again, still packs a floor) great stuff indeed.
