What a great night down on Trentside.........

The venue was busy from the off with a high % of new visitors....Backed by our regular's.. Thanks to you all....

A big thanks to all the Dj's who played to keep the floor buzzing.....

Also just a short note to say that The 24th September will be the final .....Central Soul Club Northern Soul & Motown Night playing Across The Board.....Gary Wall will be promoting a different music policy event which he will annoounce...at the Union.......From October 2011...

I will promote the Soul Survivors @ The Polish Club from Friday August 5th......

I would just like to wish Gary all the best for the future down on Trentside.....

Good night on saturday Mal, sorry to hear its coming to an end will miss the atmosphere thats created at the club, will deffo have to get down to the polish club now all the DJs had the floor rocking on saturday, brilliant night great people and great club see you soon

What a night down Trentside!!!For me this was one of the best nights i have been to in a very long time!!!!A very big thank you to Gary and Mal for putting on such a fantastic night!!!A great night of soul music from all the DJs but the spot of the night from a special friend Simon he was exceptional the spot of the year imo!!!!Thankyou all for the support!!!Also good look to Mal & Gary on there new ventures two great guys who have put Northern Soul on the map in Notts!!!
Looking forward to the next one all ready

Firstly i would just like to say what a fantastic set that Simon Hunt played ! Thats not to forget Jono and Kip both always play blinders on any night !
Secondly just to put any gossip to rest me and Malc have not fell out in anyway ! Malc wants to concentrate on the Oldies side of things hence him sticking with the Polish ! and i will be still sticking with the open box policy that we have always maintained at the Central ! Thirdly Central soul club will not be ending the only difference will be Malc will not on the door with me ! I'm hoping that Jono will still be a resident for me.
And there will be another resident joining us shortly !
I hope that folk will still continue to support the venue.
And finally i would like to thank Malc for the last 5 yrs and i wish you all the best at the Polish club.
