>>> Tamla_Motown 700 Onwards <<<
Means quite a lot to me, as way back in 1969 That's the period of time I woke up to the Motown Sound.
I had already bought a copy of "Stevie Wonder - I Was Made To Love Her"
I suddenly realised that my sister had a copy of "What Becomes Of The Brokenhearted" on the then mysterious "Tamla_Motown" Label.
Asked her if I could have it, flipped it to find "Baby I've Got It", over the moon to own a copy I was Immediately hooked.
Then came The Marvelettes "Reaching For Something I Cant Have / Destination Anywhere"
It was 1969 and I was already chasing other deleted records from this Amazing Label.
I spent many happy hours scouring various Second Hand shops in search of this new (To Me) sound, & what a Learning curve that was.
