Recently bought sam cooke - shake/change is gonna come.

Was wondering if there's any way to tell if it's an original pressing or re-issue etc.

cheers

:hatsoff2: Hi All the best and easy way with RCA is to check the soul record, against ELVIS records as he released records 2/3 times a year in every year of the 60s you can marry any issue or DEMO, as tons of info on Elvis than on any other RCA VICTOR :g: dave

"A Change is Gonna Come" was pressed originally, in several different plants. That is an original. The first re-issue of that came out on RCA's Gold "Oldies" series with a different number in front (447?)
