Rainbow top Symbol 216 - East Coast - 66 SY-277 - mid 1966 (RCA NY?). Orange top Symbol 216 - Delta 62385 - July, 1966 - Monarch Pressing Plant, L.A. Same time. I don't remember one style pressing earlier than the other.
