A big thanks to all those who came to the Boutique on Friday, a great night for the last of our gigs in the Manchester Met union as we're now moving the club from next month to the Ruby Lounge right in the city centre! which is in my humble opinion on of the best venues in the City!... the night kicked off with the Boutique Residents spinning a mix of northern, latin and funk numbers as the club filled.. making his debut was Aaron from Leeds who played a fooking magic spot! get the playlist up laddy!!! with a mix of quality 6ts and 7ts that filled the floor.. next up was Lisa Hurley from London town with her first spot of the night which i can only describe as fantastic (playlist would be great Lisa

.. Andy Votel up next with for me the most interesting and refreshing set of the night with a set full of Psych, funk, soul edged movers and shakers and a few from japan! brilliant to hear something different...Lisa Hurley back on after Mr Votel and again no surprises the set was fantastic and put togther perfect!!.. Mr Barker and Mr Jnr Walker up next and my good friends never fail to get the floor packed (playlists lads?).. i Was left with the graveyard shift and lapped it up playing a lot of things for the first time which seemed to go down well rounded off with the last tune of the night by Mr Nate Evans 'the look on your face' .... Thank you all again for coming and NEXT MONTH 3RD FRIDAY AT THE RUBY LOUNGE!!! oooh that means i can go to Lowton again!! woohoo DDA HERE I COME!!! YEHH!!...
Much love and Soul
