Sunday 21st April is the next instalment of Newtown with guest Dj's Dean Mitchell and Andy McCabe bringing there fine selection of tunes for your enjoyment, along with residents Neil, Paul and Jimmy unfortunately there will be no Blunny as he will be away boozing it up on a stag do, he will be back in May as always the 3rd Sunday of ever month.

Sunday 17th March is the next one down at Newtown which will be a charity event in aid of Parkinson's UK, guest dj's for the day are Carl and Maria Willingham also Bob Spendlove along with the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and Jimmy let's make it a gud-un.

This month at Newtown bring you as a guest Dj Mr. Tony Munday alot of you will no him from the days of Moss Bank and Orrell St. James along with Tony will be the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and Jimmy playing a great mixture of music. Please keep your eyes peeled for March as it will be extra special

First of the year at Newtown with guest Dj Eric Fanning and the residents, bringing you a great selection of music from there treasured collections and still only 3 quid to get in.

Last one this year at Newtown, guest dj's are Burt and Pey along with the regulars Paul, Eddie, Blunny and Jimmy, hope to see you there to start the Xmas celebrations.

Sunday 19th November bring you Mr. Ian Wills as the guest dj, Ian has a fantastic record collection and knows the Newtown crowd well you wont be dissapointed with what he plays along with Ian we also have Tina Bullen and Gaynor Green two locals who attend Newtown frequently and also no what the crowd like. So all in all it should be a fantastic day.

This Sunday the 15th October brings you Andy McCabe as the guest Dj a lad who knows his stuff and has a brilliant collection of records. He's a regullar at Newtown so he knows what you like and will also play something a little bit different. Along with Andy there will be Dave Halliwell first time spinning for use at Newtown so come and give him a warm welcome and the Newtown regulars myself Paul, Neil and Blunny if he has decided to come back off his jolly hoildays. Hope to see you all there 1 o'clock till 7 o'clock.

Newtown Soul Club, 3rd Sunday of the month brings you Derek Gal Gallagher as the guest Dj who we all no so well he plays a brilliant mixture of music to please the crowd, along with Gal there will be the residents Paul, Blunny, Neil and Jimmy. There is a large car park the bar prices are reasonable it's a very friendly club so come down for a dance-drink or just to socialize. 13.00 till 19.00 still only £3.00 o.t.d.

The weekender will be run over three different venues at a cost of £10.00 which will get you into them all. Newtown Soul Club on the 19th March brings you an afternoon of across the board soul music with your usual resident dj's Mark Hayden Paul Hayden Neil Edwards and Martin Blundell with this months guest dj Natalie Harrison with all the proceeds going to the Turkish/Syria appeal, and then afterwards on to the Swan and Railway Wigan to finish off your day.
