6TS Weekenders Under New Management

A recent announcement of changes to the long running weekender, a brief grab below from the 6Ts Rhythm and Soul Society Website follows

After 25 years of blind panic and last minute fixes, I’ve decided to fully retire from organising the weekender, but will continue to DJ and aim to whoop it up a tad more. Phil and Neil will run everything though I will help them in the transition. I doubt there'll be many changes at all but Phil & Neil will sort out when they've recovered from Detroit.

Good luck to all concerned....

Not sure if it's out of fashion now....but to hear the likes of Jock Mitchell belting out the tunes up close and personal is the icing on the cake.

Carolyn Crawford was brill at last year's Detroit gig.
