Quick bit of news from the Sour Mash lot

Just a brief note to keep you informed as to whats what in the world of The Sour Mash Collective.
Due to the numerous weekender events during the course of April there will not be a Chocolate Soul on April 26th as planned, we will however, be back on May 24th when our guest will be Gavin Page. We will be sending out some more news about this and our future CHOCOLATE SOUL events during the coming weeks

Friday April 19th, 2002 sees our guest debut at fellow Soul 24-7s Djs Mike Ritson and Stuart Russells Cultured Soul at The Escape (Above The Crown) on the corner of A24 London Road and Crown Road, Morden.

SOUL VILLAGE WEEKENDER
The inaugural event takes place during the Bank Holiday weekend of June 1st, 2002 at the Corton Holiday Village in Lowestoft, Suffolk. DJs scheduled to appear include Dr. Bob Jones (BBC Radio London), (Choice 96.9 FM's) Steve Wren and James Anthony, along with Ash Selector, The Sour Mash Collective, Bigger (Blues&Soul, Solar Radio), Snowboy (Hi Hat, Point 101), Stretch Taylor (East West Records Street Team, Blues&Soul) , Bob Masters, JP (The Lick, MTV) and a whole host of others.
The event has a capacity for 700, consisting of 500 on site guests and 200 daily passes. The cost of this 3 day event is an incredible £60 and is selling out fast! A deposit of £ 30 will secure your place.

Following our appearance on the Christmas and more recently the Easter event, we have been added to the bill of the Summer Cruise taking place over the August Bank Holiday.
