Many of our supporters are well-known djs/collectors who on visiting this unique venue with its electric atmosphere feel they would like to play out a set for us(it's only half an hour as they are here initially as punters) .These aren't "guest" djs- just regular Ad-Lib guys and gals who want to join in the "craic" of the night. Steve Longworth played the last one and he and everyone else thoroughly enjoyed it. Steve Yates and Chris Lymon also filled in for an absent dj at the last moment.
This nights for the "craic" of it spot has been offered to Mick Casey who's been giving our nights a great lift with his record bar (and photos).Micks rare gems and better known numbers that he's offering will keep the dance-floor heaving.!
Remember this night is on at the same time as Lincoln Christmas Market so if you're traveling get your b&b or room booked asap (along with your Ad-Lib ticket)
The venue opens at 6.30pm where you'll find most of the crew with wives/girlfriends/mates enjoying a pre-do drink.Come and join us.There are numerous eateries within 5 mins of the venue.A buffet style Chinese restaurant is about 1 min away down the same street. The resident djs will all be double-decking from 7.00pm until the finish (usually 12.15am)
The venue is an original thick stone-walled cellar-bar under the Manor house built for Lord Beaumont in 1823.The steps to the cellar-bar entrance can be found at the back of the house where the council-owned car park is.
