The Washington Sunday Soul Sessions on

This event is now over

Sunday, January 15th, at the Washington, 87 Fitzwilliam Street, Sheffield S1 4JP

The first event of 2012

It'll be the usual laid-back mix of rare, underplayed, and some not so underplayed original vinyl records, from any soulful genre our DJs feel like playing. Our guests are under no instructions, so we get what we get. That's t'Wesh philosophy.

Meeting beforehand at the Swim Inn (Wetherspoons) on Glossop Road for some fodder and essential chat , ok beer

Then it's 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (at least), for another great afternoon of top quality rare & underplayed chill-out soul sounds.

Hosts, Gary Smith and John Moffatt welcome top DJs: Derek White & Mick Waddington

For further details contact john.moffatt@blueyonder.co.uk, or ring 0114 2584042. See you there.

Seriously generous mate. I'll be over Thursday to pick it up. Thanks very much. Glad you enjoyed Sunday. We've had some great sessions at t'Wesh, and that one was certainly no exception. Have a good 'un at Crookes.

No John, I didn't fall asleep and it was a bit more than 50p and it was worth every penny, top tune. They don't call me Mr. Jones. (LOL).
