Great party Great music spent in wonderful company loads of laughs most probally due to the amount of additives in the swizzles which I kept chomping down throughout the nite Joan ate that many crisps off the table by the end of the nite she bore a remarkable likeness to Gary Lineker lol Jacko was in top form as Del Boy he makes me laugh trying to get one over on me not a chance lol he,s nuts ..

Hey, we're professionals lol

Like Phil said we'll be getting flyers out over the next few weeks so look out for those. It's seems like we'll be treated to a touch of the old Peebles madness with Elaine and Val in attendance - there's plenty of room for the odd forward roll :D

I'll mix it in between The Witches "She's Got You Now" and Johnny Sayles "My Love's A Monster" they'll just think Bobby (BORIS) Pickett & The Crypt Kickers" is just another cover up name !

Heaven help us if it starts appearing on any wants lists, anyone know the correct dance steps ?

She's started already ...

Been working like a dawg which means I'm SO looking forward to a proper blow-out at Grumpy!

Johnny Weston guesting for us.  Personally, I'm really looking forward to hearing things like Four Andantes (Modo), Senator Jones (Shagg), Martha Starr (Charay), Magnetics (Bonnie) etc; perfect!

Check out playlists from previous nights if you haven't already - the 'policy' is simple: no shite / create an atmosphere / get dancing and enjoying yourself. To that end, I suspect that:

- Carl will dig out his usual array of monsters (Eddie Parker, Don Gardner, Gwen Owens etc), a selection of awesome exclusives plus some late Wigan / Stafford / Bradford / Tony's era stuff everyone had forgotten about;

- Dave'll supply his usual blend of top class dancers (Tommy Ridgeley, Four Dynamics etc), with the odd one-off and the merest hint of a bit of quality crossover thrown in for good measure;

- me n Joan will be stood about worrying that no one will come  and, when they do, wether everyone is enjoying it ... while Tony tells us to stop panicking. (We do it for the relaxation :lol: )

So ... that's venue, sound, DJs and [we think] eight hours of proper records for a deep sea diver; hope that ticks your boxes.

Should be another belter :thumbup:
