Our first session on a Saturday, rooms are being booked, Richard Lodge makes a debut and good support from Skipton promised, tunes from Grover Mitchell to Sean Oliver all aimed at getting the dancefloor working as well as some underplayed quality, great bunch of people, join us for a night of soul with a difference, Roman last time i remember playing Ted Ford on Barak, Ronnie Mcneir ,good side of your love , Tortoise, Crazy things Joe Douglas and such as One step Aretha, and Sean Oliver, good fun!

Always enjoy, you right to point out about modern, its not the main part of the agenda , mostly 6ts and 7ts crossover then anything up to 8ts to 2yk the modern in case a visiting dj has something new he thinks will fit, we could certainly encourage that, you may be suprised by Lodgey, hes been training in the catskills for two weeks .

( P S - that's not Tom Jones on your flyers is it ) : Don't be fooled by the open-necked shirt : it's William Bell.

Sounds good Roman - running from New York City centre, then heading west for a enduring swimming session up the Hudson River. Out of breath and out of the water, then directly heading for the summit of Slide Mountain peak, should see "The Lodger" clearly demonstrating his crawling skills.

Pleased you can intergrate Dick Lodger as part of "The Cross Boarder Collectives"

Cheers.

:)

Ready 4 the Off tonight. Tracks from Betty Wright to Sandra Wright. Inc' a few great New Sounds and Smoothie Cuts that are currently hittin' the Southern Soul Clubs. If you can make it, turn out 4 a Special night. Think there are some rooms still available if you want to crash out after.

Our best night numberswise, nice to see the folks that used to go to the Howard, and the crossover fans from Gt. Harwood, got to say that Lodgy kept the dancefloor full for the full hour and the crowd showed their appreciation, Fenny used his last halfhour to play the modernside and again a full floor, inbetween we had something for everyone from Mecca dancers from Roy to warm up and myself and Robbie keepin at it across the board 7ts, great crowd, hope to see you all again come Sat. April 6th, Thanks Roman
