Due to an unexpected clash of dates at the 100 Club on Saturday July 5th, the all nighter will not start until midnight and will finish at 6am. There is a group on beforehand that will finish at 11pm so we'll turf their mob out and tidy up before you fine folk trip daintily down the stairs-just like the old days!

Due to the hour's loss admission price will be reduced from £12 to £10; extra handy for the ones that don't get there until midnight anyway! Your DJs for the night will be Butch, Mick H, Arthur Fenn and Ady Croasdell -four aural Adonises- Sorry for any inconvenience, this is a one-off occurrence.

Thanks

Ady

Remember we quite often used to go to a bar in Centre point a few years ago.

Would be a good idea as its Mick H's Birthday and the Blue post's last orders is 11.00

I always get in to London at 8.00, so 4 Hrs to kill, happy to bring a small box of records :D

The Tottenham?

Bradleys Spanish Bar nearby in Hanway Street is a good pub too. Not bad drinks prices for the West End!

A dummy run undertaken by a dummy found that the Green Man at the top of Berwick Street (the street running into Soho to the right if you look from the 100 Club doorway) is open until 12am. That'll be the closest-the Hanway Street one will be closed.

Wait till you're independent, they'll put you in a separate room.

Bringing a Ram with me so the drinks are on him.

I'm sure he will be able to stretch to a late birthday drink and vice versa  as you know it's my first visit to this hallowed venue I hope there isn't some sort of initiation ceremony you haven't told me about bruvva

Oooh this will be fun, getting Mick and Arthur trollied at the pub before they arrive should get them in the mood to heave that floor, alongside Ady's gems and the other bloke from Stoke's records.  Hope the legs hold out!

Maria, if you could hold them off getting COMPLETELY trollied till about 2am we'd be very grateful. Though I know there's little chance.

Really looking forward to this one. Plenty of cause for celebration.

Shame you couldn't get a better DJ line up for tonight

If my motor starts I'll swing by. Essex notes still accepted on the door?

What a night! Really enjoying the clapping that seems to have made a return, especially liked the packed dance floor to the penultimate (I think) record Carla Thomas, where everyone was clapping. Brought me out in goosepimples!

The atmosphere was great, music was as always on top form. Something for all discerning tastes. Good mix of chatting and dancing for me and we stayed until the lights came on. Always a sign of a brilliant night.

All that's left to say is I'm glad that I booked today off!

Blue Moon, I saw you dancing alone, I saw the smile on your face. Top night! Great sets by Butch. As well as the other DJS. Had a chat with Eddie Hubbard. One of the nicest guys on the scene. Looking forward to the next one.

Cheers Billy
