I would check if this event is still on,

The civic hall in Radcliffe is being used as a refuge center for people affected by the floods in Radcliffe today,

I only live a mile or two away from Radcliffe,And all the roads from Bury are closed into Radcliffe due to flooding

I would check first before traveling.

Sorry Grant your information is wrong. Radcliffe is still on. most roads into Radcliffe are clear and it will not be used as a rest centre.

Hi everyone hope you all had a great Christmas Day and are now ready to PARTY for the last time at Raddcliffe so lets make it one we all remember with music in our Hearts and Love in our Soul ...
Now I have just become aware of a piece in the local paper that Radcliffe Civic Centre was being used as a REST CENTRE .. we have just been in contact with the Manager David and Radcliffe and they have assurred us that Radckiffe is NOT BEING USED for the REST CENTRE
