Event Information

All roads lead to Nottingham on the 18th & 19th of July 2014, for an Original Skinhead Weekender, brought to you by

‘Scorcher’ & ‘Sounds & Pressure’.

The biggest original skinhead weekender of the year.

So whether you’re a face on the current original skinhead scene, a mod, suedehead, or just a fan of the original 1960’s Ska, R&B, Rocksteady, Northern Soul, and Skinhead Reggae, you won’t wanna miss the Friday ‘Scorcher’ night.

Saturday night is ‘Sounds & Pressure’ style with 60’s Ska, Rocksteady, Skinhead Reggae with a splash of R&B.

All music played on original 7” vinyl, from the mega rare to the classics, but all with the sweet beat to make you move your musical feet. With the music being pumped through the mighty ‘Sounds and Pressure’ sound system, so you can hear the reggae and soul as it should be heard.

Free afternoon session on Saturday, so all you who have travelled can meet and greet , have a chat, and hear some sounds. There will be some record stalls and vintage clothes stalls present, and if you have something you want to sell then just bring it along, there’s plenty of room, and it’s free.

So don’t be an L7, get hip, suited and Booted for the original Skinhead weekeder of the year

It’s all happening at The Polish Eagle Club, 2 Sherwood Rise, Nottingham, NG7 6JN
