What an enjoyable night. When you go somewhere and you can honestly say that you enjoyed every DJ's spot then it's got to be a good night. Last night was one of those nights. Added to that theres a warm friendly crowd and a nice venue with a really good dancefloor.

It would be wrong to say that it's all rare or underplayed music. If you like classic oldies theres plenty of them but with lots of interesting tracks mixed in. Which is just how it should be IMHO.

Thanks to Terry and Martin for inviting me to play some tunes and thanks to everyone who came and made it such a good night.

Playlist up later.

Mark

Struggling with a chest infection virus(NOT Contagious),but made the trip last night to show some support for these guys who put a hell of a lot of time and effort into putting out a great soul night. One of the few nights left with a bit of integrity doing things right and playing great records.Despite the pounding chest couldnt resist hitting the floor a few times the quality coming off the decks was so so good.

Well done guys top marks

Absolutely knew that Martin would ably step in and support Terry and the two of them would keep with the ethos that made the Shack the place to go to hear that something a little different from the norm - it will go from strength to strength I'm sure of that.  Kath on the door is a bonus - she is such a lovely person and has dealt with 'the door' ably at Inner Soul and will make sure that she gives everyone a warm welcome. Well done to the 3 of you - keep at it! ✌?️?

We had a great night here last night, one of the best . Loved all the djs spots, so great music all night. A good crowd in and lovely company too.So glad that Martin agreed to step in with Terry, the records he plays are right up our street! , and then , of course there's the lovely Kath on the door, with a little help from Jane!  So looking forward to next month.
