Manifesto Soul Club The Kellingley Social Club

Last months event was our first since changing to the first Friday and what a success it was. Numbers were up which helped to create a brilliant atmosphear at this old soul club ( been running for over 40years)

This months guest dj is MICK SHAXTED a well known and respected dj / promoter who runs the Parklands event in Doncaster.

Mick has his finger on the pulse regards whats playing now plus a big collection of classic oldies, always expect to hear something new when Micks behind the decks.

As usual Sammy Seaman and Stu Richards will playing a spot of top notch tunes, not forgetting TOC & Myself, little Dave wont be with us as he's over in the states on a record buying spree.

Back to our ''roots' again after a rather hectic weekends @ Brighouse/Leeds Central and Huntington, but in the words of Bobby Womack 'Home Is Where The heart Is' and if there is a more 'homelier' place than the Old Manifesto @Kellingley Club I'll stand naked in Pontefract Bed and Mattress Centre.

If you want good honest ATB soul without any 'politics', good craic, friendly approachable people and an added bonus of cheap bar prices then this is the place for you.
