Since Whitworth St, The Twisted Wheel has moved to it's new residence at ALTER EGO, 105-107 Princess St, Manchester, M1 6DD

Perfectly suited to The Wheel's music policy, this is a cellar club with 2 rooms, 2 fantastic sound systems, air conditioning, separate toilet facilities and reasonable bar tariff.

3pm-8pm, £5 pay on the door.

Another absolutely amazing time at the Twisted Wheel....Pete John  Jock and special guest Ginger Taylor once again had the ol place rocking. If you are a record collector it would blow your mind to see the toons they get out....if you are a dancer, you is guaranteed to go home knackered and if all you want is a warm welcome and a drink in a great friendly atmosphere...well this is the place.  I can only feel Petes frustration...we support this world class club....cos it is world class...DJs, the in crowd, the venue and vibe, i oft wonder if the world has gone mad ....plenty of great pubs locally in Cambridge but its a no brainer to do the 9 hour round trip...to visit the most iconic club ever xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A FANTASTIC DAY AT THE TWISTED WHEEL CLUB YESTERDAY!

A Big thank you to you all for making the WHEEL what it is - The Best!!

The SUNDAY MINGE BAG BRIGADE were out yesterday in full force, saving their £5 by going in the FREE PUBS that dine out on the TWISTED WHEEL CLUB'S BACK!!

Why?... Do  these people travel to Manchester on the pretext that they are coming to the Wheel?   Then to keep hold of their precious £5 they visit the free pubs taking their own booze in. Due to bag searches by the doormen at the wheel, they cannot get away with this. Maybe when the pubs who put the free do's on realise what is happening  then they may start acting in a professional manner and not allow this. Also, these so called soulies who decide to bad mouth  the wheel, they should tell the truth that they don't come to the wheel because that precious £5 is kept in their pockets and it's a cheap Minge Bags day out, and a just cheap way of meeting up with Facebook friends,

On a happier note the Twisted Wheel Club will be celebrating its sixteenth year anniversary of its second coming on 10th July with our special guest DJs

BBC JOHN KANE and JOS FROM THE AMSTERDAM SOUL CLUB !

So, to all you soulies who enjoy good music in a proper club with a proper club atmosphere, we look forward to seeing you for a really good day out.
