Next Sunday can't come soon enough for our trip over the pennines to the home of northern soul the wheel you could not buy the atmosphere the wheel has on a Sundays and full of people just there for the music no moaning just loving soul music as it was in the beginning can't wait to spin a few and I feel very privalidge to be asked see you all next Sunday the yockmiester

If saving a fiver turns you on, then ask yourselfs this, why do they do it ONLY ON WHEEL SUNDAYS?.... I will tell you because they know its the TWISTED WHEEL CLUB that brings people to MANCHESTER on Wheel Sunday Afternoons, and ask yourself why are they Free?

I could say more!... Sadly it the NEW BINGO now!  And every man and his dog is having a go now, and they think Soul Music is the answer.

Hey up Pete they will never be able to create the unique atmosphere of the wheel they could have the same sound system the same records but they would not be able to play classic working class down to earth gritty  northern soul like it was in the sixties only the wheel can do that you see people at the wheel that have forgotten more about northern soul than I will ever know Inc you pete john and jock I feel very very privalidged to be able to come over from Yorkshire and play records that I very rarely get chance to play to people who are driven by the music not the price of the vinyl there is only one way to play soul music and that's on records see you all Sunday two more sleeps and Manchester here we come the yockmiester 

One more sleep and it's the wheel here we come dinner in the monkey first and then 5 hours of back to roots soul at the wheel c u all tomorrow yocky and mandy

Sorry NO live show tonight due to technical problems at the Radio Station, so show 34 is a repeat... Sorry, lots of people to say Hi to and play requests for on tonight's show but sadly I couldn't do the show.

Belated 65th Big Birthday wishes to Steve Parker in Perth Australia who was 65 last week on Saturday 18th of June, and I couldn't give you a shout then mate because I was working in Blackpool last Saturday night! ... So NO Radio Show.

Steve the Blackpool International Soul Festival was FANTASTIC from start to finish!.... Don't take my word for it, just ask the 1000's that were there.

What I was going to tell the listeners tonight on the show, was to join Blackpool International Soul Festival Facebook Page - Because there will be a Big Announcement on Friday about next year!
