Big thanks to Tony and Lisa ....really really enjoyed the night.....the place filled up nicely .....makes a change when i'm on !!!.......Hope everyone enjoyed the tunes ?? Everyone else's were spot on ....if my opinion is worth owt !!......Apologies to those who did dance after my offer of a free pint .....will put a playlist up . Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to play some of the records i love , thanks for dancing. Appreciated the kind words afterwards ....means a lot to me .....Even your constructive input Nigel .......but maybe a bit of beard pruning around the lugs could enhance your listening pleasure ......Great to play records for an open minded bunch of folk ....Thanks again ....Neil.

Well, Burscough Legion is always 5 star for us and last night was no exception!

A hot hot night with a very busy schedule on the local soul scene but the attendance was really good once again and the music was spot on, plus a few laughs along the way.

Thanks to everyone who supports Burscough Legion, now in our tenth year and still going strong. And special thanks to last nights guest DJs Pete Everett, Blunny and Neil Gamekeeper Jones for supplying the sounds, a good selection of tunes throughout the evening.
