Resident DJ's Terry Westhead, John Vincent and Martin Smith will be playing a selection of tunes that hit all the buttons.  Rare, Underplayed, Forgotten Gems and a few of our favourites.

We have the great pleasure of being joined by a young man ( well, young in comparison !! ) and exceptional DJ

DANNY IRVING

Back by popular demand, Danny has a fabulous ear for the Music we all love and is sure to bring something very different to the game.  Looking to hear something a little different then The Soul Shack is the place to be.

Reflections on an evening with friends.
Saturday night at the Soul Shack.

Firstly, the night itself. With John Vincent kicking off the evening it was off to a blistering start. Myself, Daniel Irving and Martin Smith followed.
Danny did everything we expected of him playing a selection of tunes from the lesser known side of the scene yet much appreciated by an obviously well informed and hungry dance floor. The guy travelled 200 miles, 4 Hours, to play for us making the same journey home the next day. Dedication to the cause. Martin finished us off well past our official closing time. We don't mind, if you're still here we will play for you.

In the middle of all this I played my own and dedicated it to the memory of out great friend Steve Duckworth. Steve died 2 weeks ago and is sadly missed. Always first through the door 1/2 hr before we have even kicked off. A smile on his face, chat forever and danced to his favourite Cleethorpes tunes. RIP my friend X

Doing it all again next month, Aug 6th with our friend from the East Coast Mr Micheal D Cooper. Think we may have a Cleethorpes tune or 2 played that night.
Thank you to all who attended Saturday, as we always say, without you we would be nothing
Hope to see you next Month  - Terry XX

What a refreshing change, lots said about clubs that play something for everyone but that was definitely the case last night. R&B, classic and forgotten oldies, underplayed and quality 70's. A big friendly crowd, class venue and quality DJ's topped it off.

Roll on the next one in August
