Another exceptional lineup for this one . Dekka of 'Roots Room' fame . Acky who's brilliant and certainly knows how to put a set together from his awesome collection and of course Andrew & Eileen from the Ad Lib Club - I enjoy their sets immensely with their authentic original mod sounds . The one 'K' Deka never disappoints and always introduces something rather special whilst main man and host Brian Cardno is simply one of the best! THIS IS DUE TO THE IMPOSITION OF A NOISE ABATEMENT ORDER SERVED ON BARRELS IN APRIL. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR NOW TO AVOID LOSS OF THE MUSIC LICENCE. AN ONLINE  PETITION TRYING TO SAVE LIVE MUSIC AT THE VENUE HAS OVER 3,000 SIGNATURES AND IS TO BE DISCUSSED BY COUNTY COUNCILLORS ON MONDAY (11.07.16) NIGHT. WHILST THE ALTERNATIVE VENUE THE 'MALTINGS ART CENTRE' IS NOT IDEAL I'M JUST RELIEVED TO BE ABLE TO PUT THE NIGHT ON. LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING UP AGAIN AND LISTENING TO SOMETHING A BIT DIFFERENT.

great night at the MALTINGS I had a cracking night in great company great sets played by all the DJs. great venue as well and met some new people which is always a bonus, here's what I played on the night on two half hour sets. and thanks again to Brian for asking me down to play some tunes, oh by the way great to see few people travel up from Newcastle as well to enjoy the night hopefully see you's at the next FED alldayer in Newcastle on 6th Aug. or at Soul Train Soul Club Ramsbottom on Friday 5th Aug down doing a guest dj set for Darren Sykes.
