My point has always been :- Why do people say that they are going to the Wheel when in fact they are going to FREE PUBs! who are parasites feeding off the TWISTED WHEEL CLUB'S back. And secondly, would they pay £5 to go in them if they weren't free to listen to the likes of you playing the music?

Place to be????? Some back street pub playing off a wallpaper table with a cloth over it. I don't thinks so. Yes as you put it the mingebags do know who they are as they are the ones who tried to get into the wheel without paying, taking in with them a bag full of cheap ale they got from Bargain booze..... The likes of you are destroying the Soul scene, you are prepared to spin records anywhere so long as you are behind the decks because it makes you think you are a proper DJ..... Never!!!. It was not like this back in the day, Top Top soul clubs like the Wheel were given proper respect then, any Tom Dick or Harry never tried to court trade away from proper clubs then, they would have been outcasts, sadly things have changed and like I say far too many two bit loosers are setting up everywhere killing many established clubs, but try as hard as you like you will not beat Pete Roberts who your comments are directed at. He has done more for the Soul scene in a week that you and your cronies will achieve in a lifetime, still have your fun, you will always get one or two mingebags in as long as it's free and they can take their own ale in a carrier bag......
