don't normally write reviews, but on certain occasions there,s a need, not many venues can creates the "old" atmosphere like this did, don't know what it is, you cant put your finger on it or bottle it, but it was there for you to feel,

wow the DJs,  !!!!!! some of the finest the country has to offer !!! playing to an appreciative crowd who know there music

well done PEP I know it was hard work, I was there,

the floor was perfect for soulers alike, and hey £7 for 10 hours of the finest

roll on the next one  

What a fantastic nighter this was. DJ's played some brilliant rare and underplayed, just what the scene needs.

Rich, Night Owl

This was the best Allnighter I have been to in years. The floor was perfect, cleaned and polished by the staff at Gilbert's that afternoon. 

The Dj line up was amazing ! They played something for everyone. The floor was packed all night, the music was brilliant.

I've never heard such good sets one after the other, all night . Each DJ playing great music, not repeating tracks already played. Superb music ! 

This was a night I will remember for a long time and look forward to the next one. 

Chatting to other soul friends I know I'm not alone . Everybody I spoke to said the same , roll on the next one. In October I think. 

The bar staff at Gilbert's were friendly and quick . The prices were very reasonable. There was a brilliant atmosphere all night. A happy friendly night . Highly recommend you pay a visit and you too can have a night you'll remember for a long time to come. 

I do not understand the review below by Burt weed ! The floor was not empty for a second all night. It was full all night. 

He can't be referring to the same club on the same night. It was rammed and everybody loved it . 

We had an absolute blast music was outstanding all genres covered 

new stuff old favourites , really mixed up something for everyone , from well established oldies to newer stuff , and that's how it should be , I had a fair few dances not bad for an old un , takes a cool record to get me up these days, I found the staff really good at keeping the floor clean , me and Woody were honered to be part of a line up that included the likes of Ted , guy, thorley, Rodger banks, and the one & only pep, and let's not for get young Natalie , excellent taste she has too, I loved it , I lived it , I did it, what more can you ask for except another one please 

I really don't know what folks want the most well attended nighter in the midlands for some time with a great friendly atmosphere.  The staff making sure the floor was clean and not slippy as last time. The dj's line up was first class and the floor was buzzing most of the time, it was that hot in there folks need a break any way to cool down. There were 3 of the finest dj's ever to grace the decks on the same night well worth the 7/8 quid 

well where do I start .... firstly well done to a true legend him self Pep for putting on an event with such a massive line up ..... the DJs are true legends of the scene and to be all together under one roof for 10 hours is unbelievable , Roger Banks, Guy Hennigan, Dave Thorley, John Vincent,Soul Sam, Ted Massey and Pep are still at the cutting edge of whats going down today !! then there was us locals Me, Hitsville Chalky and Lou & Dave Wood in between .... to be asked to Dj along side these well respected Djs is something else its like a dream come true , and to have them all in Wolverhampton is a rare sight .... you had to be there to see it !!

 secondly , the music was mind blowing from start to finish , the floor was busy all night... great room and fantastic dancefloor with a MASSIVE turn out and I for one was glad to be part of it ..... each DJ played their heart and soul out ...

once again a massive well done to Pep and all the DJs for a brilliant night ... xx

Gotta say big up to Pep for putting on a great line up of top quality DJ's , from start to finish i enjoyed every tune  , most i knew, some i didnt but overall a great nite and i will defo be back...a line up of legendary Jocks, alongside some of west midlands finest...well done Pep, the floor was busy nearly all night, every DJ knew what to play and when. Great to see a few faces i hadnt seen for a few years too...till next time KTF x

Great night with nearly 400 happy soul peeps keeping the dancefloor full most of the night. 

Excellent well prepared dancefloor - perfect for mine and many others little feet! Too slippy last time, but polished just enough for most this time. Lots of good comments on it through the night! 

Great sharp-end music music from some of the best, most respected and most experienced DJs in the history of the scene. Quality rare soul, big sounds and lesser played oldies were the order of the day. 

This "Stafford Special" was not for people who wanted to hear the usual oldies other than those from the Stafford era. 

However more oldies in the mix next time, with more 'Oldies DJs' balancing things.

Sticky floor 

Everything else was great - the DJ's, the music, the turnout, the bar staff, the people (bar the one VERY drunk lady lurching unpredictably round the floor at the end!)

Well,well.well..what is it with theese  niters lately,,not all but most..Djs do you like to fill a floor or empty it..great guys but wotz this trend all about.?  as an hardcore mover,,gettin fed up..yep i do no wot im gasin about,an so do the rest ov us shakers..the only record in the world.? wot...floor emptys, stand n gawp...its like listening to paint dry..come on guys  shake it up "i no u can.."..trust me try dancin to sum ov it...xxxxxxxxx..daaang..met some great old folk again...keep on.
