About The Event

We always enjoy our guest djs selections but there are some nights you look forward to more than others for various reasons.This is one of those nights! The quiter summer months have passed and we have two top blokes getting behind the decks with similiar tastes.
Weve been trying to get Eddie down to bristol for a while and booked him for october some time late last year as we coudnt get him any sooner.
Eddie is one of the resident djs for the 'empty bottles soul club' in Leeds and this wil be his first time at gogo.As its on a friday ive not managed to get to the highly recommended empty bottles either but have heard Eddie dj at a few other venues including Manchesters 'different strokes' and wolverhampton...s 'out of time' and can tell you if you like banging 60s soul,rnb and a few of the big current funky edged in demanders thrown in you are in for a treat.
Our second guest known and respected dj in the south west,a regular at gogo Dave played alongside Greg Belson a few years back so its time we got him back.Since that time Dave has been getting lots of dj work both all over the south west and further a field and has just returned from playing a weekender in the south of france for the second time, again you can expect some top northern and 60s rnb dancers all on original vinyl.
John Stapleton and myself will be with you ofcourse and Nicci will be on the door asking for your fivers.
If youve not been before we ask you to be in by 12,there will also be bag searches so no alcohol smuggling!
We have a fantastic in house sound system a large wooden dancefloor,friendly staff and free parking right outside the front door (ignore the double yellows they should be singles)
