Beloyd is fondly remembered by soul fans for his 20th Century Records single 'Get Into Your Life'.

He is a fine guitarist and vocalist.

Beloyd's birth place is a mystery, however, he grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.

Beloyd's career took off when he joined the group S.O.U.L. (Sounds Of Unity And Love) as the guitarist in the band.

The group originated in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.

The members were Lee Lovett (bass), Gus Hawkins (sax / flute), Paul Stubblefield (drums), and Walter Winston (guitar).

Larry Hancock (vocals / organ) was added in 1971.

from a very talented singer and composer Gerald Sims You'll Never Be Sorry  one of a couple of

singles I think he cut for Warner's  in the mid 70s ... Great Quality throughout as you would expect

Some of the boys enjoying the Soul Essence 'Experience' this weekend, no doubt picking up a few tunes and honing the playlists for next Saturday when the experinece comes oop north.

John Manship had better play Joe Hinton 'Don't tell her the truth' in his set on Saturday?

It's also his first pick on the CD and sounds an absolute WINNER to me?

Had to invest in it meself this week, where has this record been all my life?

All I need is a Four Coins now LOL (another pick of John's from the CD - worth coming just for that!)
