just 2 weeks til this fabulous all niter

all those 70s & 80s uptempo dancers from the past that rarely get an outing

takes me back to the 80s where for a few months the only Saturday all nighters that were on were at Cleethorpes winter gardens  and loved it...

gonna be a great different event to the norm but a quality one I can guarantee it !

hi just a week away til our first 70s & 80s Allniter

A reminder this not one of our normal allniters and there wont be any classic 60s oldies it s purepy  Uptempo 70s & 80s dance music from the classic allniters of the past

for a short period of time in the  80s the only all niters that were on were Cleethorpes winter gardens and played this kind of music ,,it opened a whole new world for me ..there are so many great records that need s spinning and here s the night just for you

70's sounds are where it all began, for me, in a journey still on-going.

I may have moved a bit sideways & relish the funky sounds that have freshened up the scene (in my, not very(!) humble opinion) but that often encompasses great 'off-your-head' sounds such as The Delreys Incorporated - Destination Unknown, which I'm glad to say I own.

I hope to hear it during the night, along with other defining tunes such as Black Nasty - Cut your motor off & Babe Ruth - Elusive....

Fingers crossed.

Mark

  1. Thanks for the kinds words Winston...Big gamble but we'll worth it.. Musically stunning with some great records played in this genre..The djs were all knock out ....It had been a very stressful week leading UpTo Saturday for reason s i won't go.into but didn't relax until 2am ..but the music .. Enthusiastic. Crowd djs old and new made the night a great success .I didn't make the Mecca or Cleethorpes or the like but the record s that were played at these venues stand the test of time along with the the venues I did attend the play list s were an amazing testament to the record s of this era...As my last record of the night attested whatever youre into. Don't take away the music
