Many thanks to Carl for the invite to be a part of this fund raiser and tribute to a great DJ and friend Mr Ian Gee,who I might add is still very sorely missed on the soul scene both near and far,with this being held at the now legendary Kingsway Hall I've no doubt it will be a great success.KTF Gigs

THANKS EVERYONE,IAN WOULD HAVE WANTED YOU BEHIND THE DECKS OR TURNING OUT AT KINGSWAY,IT WAS  HOME FOR HIM AND TO BE AMONGST HIS NORTHERN SOUL FAMILY,ANYONE WANTING DONATE ALONG WITH DAVE,JO,STOCKPORT SOUL CLOTHING,AND A FEW OTHERS,YOUR WELCOME TO DO SO,KTF,CARL:thumbsup:

Really proud to be asked to be part of it let's do it like Ian would have done it and make him proud still miss you like mad brother but I know you will be there watching over us a massive thanks to Carl for putting it on if it's half as good as last year it will be a bonzer c u all at kings way atb yocky and mandy

hi all,it looks as if your all going to make it a great day in memory of ian,we wish everyone a safe journey to this venue,we wont waste to much time stopping the music,ian used to hate that,lol,some lovely comments from all,will set up in the morning ready for 12pm start..right a lot asking about dj times,but they might get swapped around if some travelling father want to get anyway for work Monday....  .

well,after recovering from this great day,i must thank all the soul family that turned out on this normal sunday weekend,you all gave up your time to join us for ian,s anniversary charity venue and also bring raffle prizes,thank you,and a big thank you to all the djs to,turning out on a special day,billy murray,gigs,dougie,graham weaver,yoki,moz,roman,paul beard,cathy c,des jones,smudge and kev Richardson,you all did the dance floor proud and ian gee,thank you...the donations and raffle prizes made £376.74 on the day,give yourselfs a pat on the back,we will get a cheque from the bank to hand it over to ashgate hospice and have our photos took to post on ss.ps big thanks to pat turner and staff who never work sunday,ktf,carl
