About The Event
The Manchester Soul Festival is back for 2017 Third year!
What's now become the biggest one day event of the year, over 40,000 people came and enjoyed the event last year held in The PrintWorks Mcr. With Northern Soul Rooms in The BierKeller with Pete Roberts & Co, Twisted Wheel Room and The Soul Cave with Elvin & The Turks Head Crew.
Fay Jones & Steve Hay playing the best in Modern, Classic and up to date Newies in two rooms at The Tiger Tiger Club.
DJ Ray Lee & The North Wales Soul Club in Yates's. Plus all the other venues having Manchester's best Motown and Soul DJ's playing along side the best live bands, Trio's, Duo's and Solo Acts.
They are all turning out for The Christie Cancer charity and over the last two events we have raised £42,000 with the sales of wrist bands on the day and ordered over the Just Giving page. It really dosnt get much better than this believe me, with food and drinks on offer with lots of memorabilia plus a rest day on the Monday (Bank Holiday) what more could you want.
Live music with performances from bands such as The Casino AllStars, The Soul Temptations, Soul Amigos, Rumble Fat Band and many more gracing the main ‘Frank Byrne stage,’ named in memory of the Manchester legend who worked tirelessly to get the festival started and to make it a success back in 2015.
