Hey Dale it would be one helva big senior moment for me to give Ree Flores away for nought!, flatery will get you nowhere mate.:D Saturday night was a mighty fine hoedown, a scene of much joy and gaiety, with deep and meaningful conversations involving ZSTC numbers (George Sharp) and honey monster sightings in Stoke (ask Jackie Sharp) oh and  the bloody demented dancin' cat  !!!, then like a bolt of lightening you find something out that changes your opinion of a friend forever, what and whoever could this be I hear you all cry, well I tell you The might Philip (Pip) T who's huge hands used to weld a lump of willow violently against 6 ounces of the finest English leather albeit only on a total of 3 occasions during his entire first class cricketing career has actually taken up the noble art (well girlie hobby) of Embriodery  like a duck (and he's had a few of those) to water !!!!!!!!

It was a master stoke adding Johnny Manship to the DJ line-up not only for the excellent tunage he spun but for once I wasn't the oldest DJ on th bill.

making having a good time sounds.

Bit late - but what a fantastic night that was. Music and atmosphere absolutely electric. Sound system was the best its ever sounded. Hard not to have a great night when you look up at the decks and see DJ's of that calibre absolutely loving it themselves. I said after the Anniversary that it was probably the best night I'd attended and Saturdays was every bit as good as that.

All it needs to make it the perfect event is for that nice Dave Welding to have 'a moment' and send me his Ree Flores in the post

That was alright wasn't it :D

I'll try not to make this sound like an award speech but can't promise lol. For the first time we came away thinking that was great; sound was absolute perfection (nice one Pip), all the DJs were awesome (John had a ball and loved it) and the crowd second to none as always. You travelled from all corners including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Wales, Yorkshire and London. Once again it was the perfect mix of never miss-ers and first timers, fab! You guys make Grumpy what it is so thank you

We'll have a look for a date before Christmas but defo back with at least three next year so watch this space!

Yeah agree Phil, ticked all the boxes, sound system was crystal clear. Great to see John Manship behind the decks, all the DJs provided the ultimate blend of tempos from the 60s/70s Ultra rare and quality cheapies rubbed shoulders to equal effect and the dance floor never missed a beat. The only slight negative was the dreaded talc overuse towards the end of the night. Looking forward to the next event !!!
