If anyone is thinking of stopping over please do not book into the White Hart hotel, it's cheap for a reason, one them being it makes Bates's motel look like a 5 star spa retreat,      

     accommodation in town is very limited with most charging a fortune, however there is the Horse & Jockey just around the corner from the venue ,pretty reasonable and recently decorated,  01427 330596.
